We at TMG are committed to doing everything we can to ensure the health and well-being of our residents, staff, and vendors. In consideration of recent developments regarding COVID-19, please note that the following actions are in effect as of Wednesday, March 18, 2020 until further notice:
Main Offices: Physical access is restricted to our main offices in Vancouver, Washington and Portland, Oregon. Our limited office staff will be working inside, but will not be receiving visitors, while other employees will be working remotely. All our staff will be interfacing with you via phone, text, or email.
Apartment Community Offices: Physical access is restricted to our apartment communities’ offices and office staff. However, our manager and leasing agents will be working inside, and will be able to communicate with you via email, phone, text and online portals rather than in person. Please go to the individual apartment websites for more information.
Touring a home, apartment or commercial space: If you are interested in viewing a home or apartment, we have established a protocol for performing showings via facetime, google hangouts, WhatsApp, Zoom and many other apps. Call, text or email to let us know what works for you! In addition, we also utilize a lockbox system so you can view the property in private.
