Operation Home Rescue Completes Seventh Project Home

Earlier this week Operation Home Rescue completed work on its seventh project home, the second project home for 2022.

Vancouver, WA - On August 22nd and 23rd, volunteers from the TMG Family of Companies partnered with two local community success partners in  Battle Ground, WA – H&B Electric and Bark Ranch – to complete work on the second Operation Home Rescue project home of 2022, making this the seventh project home completed by Operation Home Rescue to date.

This Operation Home Rescue project took place at the home of Mary-Alice Baran, a U.S. Army Veteran who was stationed at Fort Rucker for 2 years during the Vietnam War. Electricians from H&B Electric provided technical knowledge to repair and install improved lighting throughout the home, while Bark Ranch donated a yard of soil and a yard of mulch for landscaping upgrades. Technicians from TMG Maintenance provided plumbing, accessibility, safety upgrades, and exterior repairs and replacements throughout the home over the course of the two days. Volunteers from the TMG Family of Companies assisted with landscaping and clearing of yard debris from the property.

Operation Home Rescue is administered and funded by TMG Cares, the non-profit division of The TMG Family of Companies, in partnership with the Clark County Veteran’s Assistance Center (CCVAC).
