How do I terminate my lease?

Visit our Resident Resources page to download a Notice to Vacate form. You can email your completed form to info@tmgnorthwest.com, or deliver it to our office.

How can I add someone to my lease?

A new lessee would have to apply through TMG and be approved per our Rental Criteria. Please contact your management team if you’d like to add someone to your lease.

How do I get access to the Online Portal?

Visit the portal login page for Oregon or Washington. Click on the link at the bottom that says “Request Access to the Portal.” It will ask you to fill out information. When we receive this information, we’ll send you an account activation link.

I’m moving from out of state. Is this home in a good neighborhood?

Here are the top 4 ways to know if a potential neighbohood is safe: Utilize websites that analyze neighorhood data, such as areavibes.com or spotcrime.com. Check the National Sex Offender public website. Check out the number of homes for sale in the area. Tour the neighborhood and look at the conditions. Talk to potential neighbors.
