I’d like to rent a different TMG-managed property. What do I need to do?

Any current tenant in good standing (no more than one late payment in the last 12 months) can transfer properties as long as they meet all requirements of the current rental criteria. You will need to submit an updated application ($20 fee) and verification of income for all applicants over the age of 18. Once the credit portion of the application is approved, payment of the Deposit to Hold will allow you hold the home until the application is fully complete, but for no more than 2 business days (current deposits are not transferable). An occupied inspection of your current home must be performed prior to full approval of the application. Any applicable deposits and/or fees are required at your new lease signing. The lease term for the existing lease must be fulfilled.
