A key check-out allows you to do a self-tour of a rental property. Please come to our Vancouver office to check out keys. You will be required to show valid ID. As many as 3 keys can be checked out at one time. Key check-outs are good for 24 hours, and can either be returned to our Relocation Department or placed in the drop box in the original envelope.
