Since September of 2012 The Management Group has managed 60 units for my family we own at the One Lake Place condominium community located in Vancouver, WA. Service is often times spoken about as something that comes automatically when payment is exchanged between two parties. Peace of mind is far more difficult to purchase let alone quantify in our society. TMG, and Kat Yang specifically, exemplify service and provided far more peace of mind than I thought possible in our fast, internet based economy. Moving is always at the top of the list for life stressors but Kat significantly reduced the level of anxiety I experienced as part of my latest move. Going above and beyond doesn't even begin to describe the help and service I received. Thank you for your help!
I had this awful issue of not being able to get cable put in. The cable company refused to do it without proper wording. TMG's Sergio reached out to the cable company and made sure that we were all good. But unfortunately, communication between the cable technicians stopped them from being able to do the work. I was so angry I called TMG to blame them for all my problems. I wasn't polite. I was aggressive and frustrated. I was not treated with aggression back like many other property management companies may have. I was treated with empathy. And with answers and solutions.
I can say with 100% confidence that if you have issues and communicate them clearly to any of the people within this company, they will figure it out for you. They will do whatever they can from their office. If you call and are not satisfied with the issue, just call again. These people are there to help you. Explain the situation, be patient. Shout out to Megan who managed every issue I had. Employees like her are why I continue to rent through them.
