WHAT IS S.T.A.Y.?
S.T.A.Y. is a service TMG provides to help secure your tenant for another year (or whatever additional lease term you choose).
RENTAL MARKET ANALYSIS
We’ll start with a complimentary Rental Market Analysis to make sure your rent is priced competitively with the local rental market. We’ll make a recommendation based on the rental analysis and our experience. If you’re in Portland, we’ll make recommendations based on local legislation as well.
PROPERTY INSPECTION & REPAIRS
We’ll conduct a full property survey with photos of the condition of the home and our recommendation for repairs. You’ll also get a breakdown of estimated costs from our sister company, Home Works, to conduct the repairs.
LEASE RENEWAL & SIGNING
Once a price is agreed upon, we’ll prepare an updated lease and provide it to your tenant. Once they have signed, we’ll send it to you for counter signature. We’ll also deliver a thank you gift to your tenants!
YOU'RE SET!
