If you are unable to gain access to your home on the scheduled date of your appointment, you will be assessed a $45 no access charge. Be sure and reach out to our Maintenance team a minimum of 48 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to reschedule.
In preparation for the lease renewal process, we schedule an annual maintenance survey to assess the condition of the property and review each tenant’s compliance with the terms of the rental agreement. The maintenance survey will take approximately 30 minutes, including taking photos of the interior and exterior of the property. If there are any specific maintenance concerns you have, please leave them on the kitchen counter and our maintenance technician will review them.
