When applying for any of our Single Family or SCRP properties, TMG is looking to ensure an applicant (or application party) makes at least 3x the monthly rent (based off of gross income), has no recent criminal or evictions, and has a minimum of 12 months of rental history.

When applying for any of our Multi Family on-site managed properties, TMG is looking to ensure an applicant (or application party) makes at least 2.5x the monthly rent (based off of gross income), has no recent criminal or evictions, and has a minimum of 12 months of rental history.
