Employees and friends help spread the word about Operation Home Rescue at the Annual Lough Legacy Veteran's Parade in Vancouver, WA on Saturday, November 5th
On Saturday, November 5th, employees and friends of the TMG Family of Companies joined together to represent Operation Home Rescue in the Annual Lough Legacy Veteran's Day Parade in Vancouver, WA. The parade wound a path through Fort Vancouver, with spectators young and old lining the streets to watch (and gather candy). Information about Operation Home Rescue and its free services for veterans was handed out along the route to veterans and supports to help spread the word about this worthy cause.
We are hopeful this event will help us grow awareness about Operation Home Rescue and allow us to grow the number of veterans we serve in the coming years. It was also a great opportunity to spread the word about our program to potential community partners and volunteers.

About Operation Home Rescue
Operation Home Rescue is a non-profit program to assist veterans who live in Clark County, WA who are physically unable or cannot afford to carry out their home maintenance and/or repair needs. Participants in Operation Home Rescue can receive a variety of home maintenance services performed at no cost, such as landscaping, minor repairs, and cleaning. Operation Home Rescue is administered and funded by TMG Cares, the non-profit division of The TMG Family of Companies, in partnership with the Clark County Veteran’s Assistance Center (CCVAC).

Yard work and landscaping are some the top services requested of Operation Home Rescue, a program with the purpose of assisting veterans who are physically unable or cannot afford to do their home maintenance needs. Operation Home Rescue is pleased to relieve some of this burden from veterans in Clark County.
